STEP ONE

Modified Elimination Diet: Menu and Recipes  

A modified elimination diet includes hypo-allergic and low-high glycemic (sugar) foods. For the next 10-21 days, your diet will provide protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

The guide lists the menu (not food) and recipe suggestions for 14 to 21 days. There are 2-3 Shakes a day that you will make, and many of the supplements go directly into them.

  2. Eat more vegetables to help increase fiber and antioxidant activity levels.
  3. Add a mixed green salad to your lunch and dinner.
  4. Try different vegetables with various colors; each color category provides other nutrients.
  5. Water 

Water is cleansing. To determine how much water you need daily, divide your body weight. Then convert pounds to ounces. (1Lb = 1 oz.) The result is the approximate number of ounces you should drink.
