Mood Support Plan
Individuals should eat a Mediterranean-style diet with plenty of cruciferous vegetables to help with hormone detoxification. Eat every two hours to help normalize cortisol levels. Do not eat carbohydrates alone; always eat with protein, especially at night before bed. Vegetable protein from peas, beans, lentils, and nuts is recommended. Avoid trans-fats. Minimize fruit juices.
