Step 1: Booking Made Easy

Choose the most convenient way to schedule an appointment for Naturopathic Solutions—via our website, by texting us at (719-423-0306), or simply leaving a voicemail. Your wellness journey begins with a simple click or call.

Step 2: Prepping for Success

Fill out your initial paperwork here. Activate your Charm patient portal account and fill out the initial paperwork if sending in lab work. Provide us with the essential information we need to cater to your unique healthcare needs.

Step 3: Smooth Check-In – Appointment Day

Note: We operate without a live receptionist, but clear check-in guidance can be found as we will call you or connect with you by Zoom.

Set aside the time as if you were in the office – no multi-tasking or driving. Have Kleenex close by, just in case.

By Phone or Facetime
Please have your phone charger close. Be in a comfortable place or your car (if needed) and with a beverage.

By Zoom
We will email you the invitation code if our appointment is by Zoom. Please be on ZOOM (in the waiting room) for your appointment.

• Your phone number and email on file in your patient portal will be called or emailed at your appointment time or for Zoom (please be in the waiting room).

An ‘appointment reminder’ email notification is sent 3 Days, 9 am MST, before the appointment. Please Confirm.

If necessary, you must reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 2 days before 9 a.m. MST to avoid being charged for your chosen time slot. We do charge for the full missed visit price. If you need to cancel, you can rebook at any time. 

Your appointment may be charged 48 hours before your booked time and date or at the time of the appointment.  

Step 4: In-Depth Consults for your Naturopathic Solutions Journey

Your debut consultation lasts a full hour. This provides ample time to explore your medical history, concerns, and aspirations. Follow-up consultations take about 45 minutes, and wellness visits typically last 60 minutes.

Step 5: Your Wellness Blueprint – After Your Appointments

You’ll receive a holistic treatment plan, including dietary advice, lifestyle tweaks, supplement recommendations, and mind-body medicine interventions as needed. You’ll leave your telehealth appointment with your Naturopathic Solutions Journey with a tangible plan and follow-up schedule.

You’ll Receive a Notice from Dr. Brown’s Virtual Dispensary from Fullscript Prescription including:

1. Treatment Health Plan: Dr. Brown will provide you with a treatment health plan that outlines her suggestions for your care.
2. Handouts: You will receive handouts that contain additional information and guidance related to your treatment.
3. Supplements: Dr. Brown may recommend specific supplements for your treatment plan. You will have the option to order these supplements through the Fullscript platform.
4. Functional Lab Tests: If Dr. Brown recommends functional lab tests, these will be discussed with you. Please note that there may be an additional charge for these tests, which will be sent directly from the lab used. However, the charges for the lab tests will be processed through Dr. Brown’s office, shop, or CHARM.
